As a career and accountability coach, I take the privacy of my clients very seriously. I understand that the information shared with me is personal and confidential. Therefore, I have implemented the following policies to protect my clients' information.

- I will not share or sell any personal information provided to me by my clients to any third parties without the express consent of the client.

- I will keep all information provided to me by my clients completely confidential and secure.

- I will use the information provided to me by my clients only for the purpose of providing my coaching services.

- I will implement appropriate security measures to protect the personal information of my clients from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

I am committed to protecting the privacy of my clients and ensuring that their personal information is kept safe.

When you submit information to us or visit any of our Sites, we use it in an ongoing nature to ensure you receive the information or purchases you’ve made with us, to deliver relevant future content via our email newsletters, to track how much you use our Sites or services, and to make future offers through our company or any other company that is involved in delivering your purchases, bonuses, or content. Cancellation policy

Once you have subscribed and paid for a program with any services operated through the brands and programs with You’re Closer Than You Think, there is a no-cancellation or refund policy, unless in extremis such as ‘force majeure’ situations, and applies to all payment plans from up front full payment to monthly or other payment plans.

Terms and conditions

The programs provided by You’re Closer Than You Think are not a magic pill. Any results quoted and testimonials are indicative of what you could achieve. Your results and transformation will be based on the work and effort you put in and adherence to the homework and assignments that are given to you.

If you do not do the work, you will not achieve the results.

Jonathan Magnin can only guide and mentor you to achieve your dreams, and you must take 100% responsibility for your own results and outcomes achieved.

We don’t believe in “get rich” programs – only in hard work, adding value, building a real and professional career, and serving others with excellence and constancy.
