I will be your accountability coach.

The gig includes 3 x 30min call over 2 weeks.

We will use a proven system to keep you in flow and your weekly goals on track.

In the first call, I will help you choose the right weekly and daily challenges on your mental, physical and spiritual levels.

Our 2nd call is after a week, where we will debrief together and evaluate what worked and what needs adjustment. We will set new weekly and daily goals for the next week.

Then after another week, on our 3rd call we will debrief again and identify the elements that work for you, so that you can keep using this system by yourself in the future and get more done!
